Nadya Okamoto
Nadya Okamoto, who grew up in Portland, OR, is a 21-years-old Harvard student on a leave of absence. She is the Founder and Executive Director of PERIOD (period.org), an organization she founded at the age of 16. Most recently, Nadya has become the Chief Brand Officer of JUV Consulting, a Generation Z marketing agency based in NYC. Nadya was named to InStyle Magazine’s “The Badass 50: Meet the Women Who Are Changing the World” list. She spoke about Agents of Change: Stepping Out of Our Bubble to Make a Real Impact, and the power of Generation Z and youth activism, and overcoming adversity (and how she turned her experiences into a platform for advocacy).

Caylin L. Moore
Caylin L. Moore is a Rhodes Scholar, author, speaker, and aspiring public servant. As a young man growing up on the borderline of Compton, California, he navigated poverty, gang violence, and incarcerated family members to arise as a college athlete and youth advocacy organizer. With a vision to change the trajectory of his community through education, Caylin attended Texas Christian University as an undergraduate, Princeton University and the University of Bristol in England for Summer fellowships and is now a graduate student at the University of Oxford. Caylin dreams of transforming lives through an educational revolution in inner-city areas in the United States and impoverished areas abroad such as Asuncion, Paraguay. Caylin’s first book is set to be published in the coming months. Please join us to hear him speak about his incredible journey.
