Mary Anne Amalaradjou
Associate Professor of Food Microbiology
Dr. Mary Anne Amalaradjou brings a commitment to excellence, diversity, equity and inclusion in higher education to her research, teaching and service as a member of the faculty in the Department of Animal Science. As an ODI faculty affiliate, she will study current initiatives at other institutions to increase representation for a diversely rich STEM graduate population and develop new initiatives that meet the needs of the UConn nation.
